The owner, Bob Jones, is a member it's Board of Directors and Automotive Repair Advisory Committee. 3 - Quality Transmission is an AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility. 4 - Quality Transmission Service, a family owned business started by Bob Jones, has established an enviable reputation and stood the "test of time" since its beginning in 1977. 5- Quality Transmission is a member of the Automotive Service Association and the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association, and subscribes to their Code of Ethics. Although we only have one location, we offer the ATRA nationwide warranty. 6 - All of our work is a custom job, is done with the latest technical information, and we don't use assembly line or mass production methods. Also, we don't have different "grades" of repair. You always get our best effort. 7 - Over 90% of our work is done for repeat customers or ones referred to us by former customers. 8 - We're not the cheapest shop in town! We do quality work, and do not sacrifice our standards to compete with those who do. We expect that a transmission that we rebuild should last at least as long as the original, and not just through the warranty period. 9 - Steve Fullmer, the manager, has been a dedicated employee since 1980. Steve is also an adjunct faculty member at Gateway Community College. 10- Bob Jones, the owner, is a respected member of the community serving the local BBB, public education, and several automotive associations. Bob is also an adjunct faculty member at Mesa Community College. 11- Quality Transmission Service has been recognized as a leading company by the transmission industry and outside sources. 12- Each repair is evaluated as to the nature and extent of damage, with regard to the best solution for each customer. You will be presented with as many options as possible to resolve any problem that you may have! You can be assured that any problem you may have will not be made any "larger" than it has to be.
